Radiation Therapy
A variety of tumors in companion animals may be treated with radiation therapy. The intent of treatment may be eradication of tumor, prevention of tumor recurrence after surgery, or relief of pain and discomfort. The use of the SRT-100 system in our mobile setting allows for a more convenient and safe way to treat various tumor types in companion animals. Treatment times are of short duration (usually less than 5 minutes) with minimal and manageable side effects.
